/challenge/rev/crackme/crackme is a setuid-root binary that is recompiled with a fresh random key every instance start (the key is embedded XOR-split so strings will not hand it to you).
Reverse the key check, then run:
/challenge/rev/crackme/crackme <key>
It prints your /flag when the key is right.
