/challenge/crypto/classic-chain/challenge.txt is regenerated at every instance start: a short secret token was put through a chain of classic encodings/ciphers (the chain and its keys change every start; the file lists which steps were used, in order).
Recover the token, then run:
/challenge/crypto/classic-chain/unlock <token>
It prints your /flag when the token is right.
